  1. Packaging

-We take great care in packaging your jewelry securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All items are carefully packaged in box and bubble wrap to reduce the minimum damage during shipping.
However, if you receive your order with a box that appears slightly damaged, please note that this may have occurred during shipping. Rest assured, if the product inside is undamaged and in perfect condition, the quality of your item has not been affected.
