  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Return Window: We offer a 20 day return/exchange period from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earring items (for health and safety reasons)
  • Please double-check your order before confirming, especially for custom pieces.
  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at @8Mugen.contact within 20 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:

  • Order number (required)
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange (required)
  • Item(s) image (required)
  • Reason for return/exchange (optional but appreciated)

Once we approve your return or exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Return Shipping
  • Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
  • How to Ship Back: Pack your items securely in the original packaging (or similar). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 in value.
    We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure you get proof of shipping and tracking.
  1. Refunds
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a small restocking fee of 15% may apply for returned items.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges for Different Sizes or Styles: If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, we will send you an invoice for the difference; if it costs less, we will issue a partial refund.
  • We will cover the shipping cost for one exchange, but customers are responsible for the return shipping.
  • We’re happy to offer one exchange per order, simply reach out to us within 20 days of receiving your order. 
  • To ensure eligibility, please make sure the item is in its original, unused condition and is returned with all packaging intact.
  1. Defective or Damaged Items
  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  1. Gift Returns and Exchanges

If you received a gift from [Your Shop Name] and wish to return or exchange it, please follow the same process as above. If the gift was purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.
